General terms of trade
Specification: the written technical specification (a reference standard or an agreed data sheet) is the basis of the deal. The certificate of analysis is issued against that specification.
Inspection: for bulk and export cargoes, quantity and quality inspection by an independent surveyor at the loading point can be arranged.
Delivery: delivery terms are quoted under Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP).
Documents: invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin and transport documents as the cargo and destination require.
